  1. Batubulan is very famous for the Barong dance performance that starts from 9:30 am and lasts until 10:30 am. This dance evokes the eternal combat of two forces coexisting on Earth: the good and evil. It originates in the epopee of Mahabrata. Barong itself, mythological creature resembling a tiger, is a manifestation of the prince Sahadewa (symbol of the goodness) which fights Rangda, a manifestation of Kalika (symbol of the evil).
  2. Pura Besakih, the “mother temple”, of all the Hindu temples in Bali, located on the slope of the mount Agung (3.142 m). The lunch will be served on a valley well known for its panorama of rice fields.
  3. Bukit Jambul, very beautiful view of rice fields in terraces located on the slope of the hill.
  4. Kerta Gosa, Royal Court of justice established around at the 18th century.
  5.  Kusamba, a fisherman village, where you will be able to see the traditional fishing boats called perahu on the volcanic sandy beach and to see the fishermen’s wives boiling and grilling the fish.
